I love a good preparedness fair, and Honeyville Food Products is hosting one next Friday and Saturday August 5-6, 2011 at their Salt Lake City retail store location. The store address is 635 N. Billy Mitchell Rd. They’ve got some fabulous classes lined up plus they’ll have demonstrations, samples, and giveaways going on during the fair as well. One of the instructors is a kindred spirit and all around amazing lady, Chef Tess who is traveling from Arizona for the classes. It looks like a good use of time if you’re in the Salt Lake area. And did I mention it’s free to attend? It’s a bit away from us, but if I can swing a drive up, I’ll be going. Check out the flyer for the fair here (click it to make it bigger):
